If carbon pollution is truly a major factor in global warming, then cigarette-tobacco smoke is also to blame. It may even be mostly to blame because in 3rd world countries, European countries, the United States, China, and all industrialized countries – every one of them have this same awful habit. Billions of people smoke. Billions of tobacco smokers are polluting our world without a care. It seems ludicrous that cow emissions are supposedly to blame, when in fact the “scientists” overlook what is really stenching up the air and replacing oxygen with carbon dioxide – tobacco.

I go outside into my backyard, and the neighbors all around are sitting on their patios smoking away. I have to run back into the house before it starts another asthma attack. This is the reason that it is so noticeable to me, because I have to avoid tobacco smoke daily. There is so much more to this than anyone wants to admit to, whether or not they smoke, simply because everyone knows someone that smokes, and supports their “right” to pollute the world and cause enormous health problems in others. It is well known in the medical community that “passive” smoking causes bronchitis, asthma, and emphysema, and even contributes to the onset of tuberculosis.

The only reason we are now making laws against smoking in restaurants after centuries of this abuse of smoking is because the cigarette smoke destroys the wonderful flavors the food has that the restaurant owners are trying to sell. If everything ends up tasting like smoke to non-smokers, then no one comes to buy their meals. Then the customers who do not smoke, but wish to eat in peace, stay away. Economically, it’s a good idea. However, the true reason to outlaw cigarette and tobacco smoking in general should go deeper than this. It is severely destroying the health in consenting adults who smoke (who think it’s cool- erroneously) and also their family members who do not smoke, but have no choice in the matter. It is so addicting they live in continual denial that smoking causes any harm at all. If they do admit it causes harm, then they justify it by saying, “I could go out and get hit by a bus tomorrow, anyway. So what’s the difference?” This is total stupidity. You probably are not going to get hit by anything, except lung cancer, and the odds are against you on that one.

Smokers clog up their brains because their veins become like cardboard, and become brittle and congested with plaque. We all know this, but I say they are unable to think clearly because the brain is all clogged up from the effects of smoking, and so therefore unable to see the dangers they are in, and what they are putting their families through. They seem to really not care, but I say they are unable to care. They do not notice that their family members are constantly sick with viruses, that they cough all of the time, that their misery is caused by what they are doing to them. The only reason they could be so blind to it is the smoking is causing their brains to malfunction.

Smokers also complain that cigarette smoking does not cause them to be sick, or coughing, so why should it bother others? Guess what, this is a clue that their immunity system is not working, that the cough response, which is a natural thing to expel vile substances from the body, has been destroyed by smoking. Smokers who quit notice an increase in illnesses, and it is because their bodies are finally able to expel the crap they have inhaled willingly for years. It is a good thing, not a bad one. The increase in stronger tobaccos from the greedy tobacco companies are making it harder for people to quit. They should all be imprisoned for addicting people by increasing the addictive powers, and putting extra harmful substances in their tobacco. Running a Google search will bring up what the tobacco companies add to their product. Just put in “tobacco additives” and see what comes up. It’s almost a guarantee you will begin thinking about quitting smoking after reading some of it. Of course the tobacco companies downplay everything, but one cannot believe a thing they say. They are far too greedy to care about anyone’s health, even their own. Their brains are clogged up with nicotine, as well.

People should begin to take notice how much tobacco smoke is expelled into the air by so many people on a daily basis. It is far more than our cars are doing. Why blame everything else except this one major cause of air pollution?

When I put my hands into the water, the babies come up to my fingers and nibble on them.  They are at that age they think everything is food, even a net!  People come over to our house, and when they see the pond they are delighted, and they all want one.  Once a person sits down on the bench at the pond, it is an instant tranquilizer.  We all need that about a dozen times a day! Minimum.

One can really just sit and watch the plants grow, and that feels so good.  This fast-paced life is not good for any of us humans.  Even the dogs and cats sit there and just watch the fish and enjoy being close to the rocks, plants and water, and hearing the waterfalls running.  Our cats walk across the bridge, stop to get a drink of water, and then swish their tails in the water on the other side, and then mosey on over to the backside of the pond.  The shade on the parts of the pond keep the water cool in a heat wave, and most of the time the fish are passing the time of day until feeding time. When it is time to feed them, they race around the pond with their tail fins swishing the water rapidly.  They move almost in a snake like wave pattern through the water, and once the pellets hit the water, they rush up and grab as many pellets as they can.  It is the most movement one sees out of the fish all day long.  Once the rush is over, they settle down, and wait for more pellets to hit the waterfalls, which shoots them down to the lower depths, and they grab more of them.  The rest of the floating pellets are left for the babies to fight over. 

We bought some baby-sized pellets for the little ones, and they gulp them down as fast as they can.  The babies are growing very fast, and all are getting quite colorful.   I’m amazed at how much they eat.  They also nibble at the algae growing on the sides of the pond.  We try a different type of food each time we replenish the supply, rather than feeding them the same thing all of the time.  Hopefully, the variety keeps them healthier.  The largest, firstborn fry are now two inches in length!

So I am finally trying out wordpress.com, and we shall we how we get along with each other.  My computers are up-to-date, and one is a Mac, and the other a PC.  The PC is only two years old.  I cannot wait to see how the Mac responds on this site.  It wouldn’t matter if only my PC worked here, because if just one computer OS gets along well with my blog site, then it will still be useable.
